AWS SOLUTIONS ARCHITECTS

Architected to Scale.
Billed for What You Use.

We don't just "lift and shift." We architect solutions that leverage the true elasticity of the cloud. Whether you are a startup needing a roadmap or an enterprise needing optimization, we build the foundation.

What a Review Covers

Three questions, answered against your real account: is it built right, is it costing more than it should, and will it hold when you grow?

Well-Architected Review

Audit your existing infrastructure against AWS best practices for security and cost. You get findings in priority order, not a slide deck of generalities.

Cost Optimization

We'll show you exactly where your AWS bill is bleeding money, then cut it with right-sizing, Spot Instances and Savings Plans. No obligation to fix it with us.

Architecture Design

Infrastructure that scales when you need it and costs nothing extra when you don't — AWS environments designed around how your business actually grows.

Beyond the Bill: Architecture You Can Reason About

Most AWS accounts are not designed; they accumulate. A server added for a launch, a database sized for a load test, a bucket nobody remembers creating. Each decision made sense on the day. Together they produce an environment that is hard to secure, hard to predict and more expensive than it needs to be. The AWS Well-Architected Framework gives that sprawl a yardstick: six pillars — operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization and sustainability — that every workload can be measured against.

The Latest Technologies: We use AWS Organizations to separate production, staging and billing into accounts with clear boundaries, and Cost Explorer to trace spend back to the team or feature that caused it. Savings Plans cover the baseline you always run, Spot Instances absorb the work that can be interrupted, and auto-scaling handles the rest so idle capacity is switched off instead of paid for. Where a quick win exists, we automate it: our own Zombie Resource Killer script hunts down unattached volumes, idle IPs and old snapshots.

How We Execute: We start read-only. We review the account against the framework, rank what we find by risk and by cost, and walk you through it. What you choose to fix, we define as code in CloudFormation or Terraform, so the improved architecture is version-controlled and repeatable rather than a set of console changes. We finish with strict budget alarms and auto-scaling limits, because we treat your budget like our own. If the review shows you would be better served by a migration, a deployment pipeline or a security hardening pass, we will say so.

Consulting Toolkit

CloudFormation

Your architecture written down as templates, so environments can be rebuilt, reviewed and rolled back like any other code.

AWS Organizations

Multi-account structure with guardrails, so a mistake in a test account cannot reach production or its bill.

Cost Explorer

Spend broken down by service, account and tag, so every line of the invoice has an owner and a reason.
